About LawnRing

LawnRing is the AI voice agent and routing app for landscapers and lawn-care companies. Our AI receptionist answers your business line on a real local phone number, gives quotes, books visits onto your calendar, and texts confirmations to your customers. The LawnRing iOS app is the route and admin tool for the business owner and crew. A LawnRing subscription is required to use the app — sign up at lawnring.com.

Getting started

  1. Subscribe at lawnring.com. After payment, you'll receive a welcome email with your portal login and a dedicated local phone number for your business.
  2. Connect Google Calendar from the portal so the AI can book visits directly onto your schedule.
  3. Optional — connect Stripe or Square to take deposits when bookings confirm.
  4. Install the LawnRing iOS app and sign in with the same email you used at signup. Calls, messages, and routes flow into the app in real time.

App features

Calls

Inbound calls to your LawnRing number are answered by the AI agent. The transcript and any booking that came out of the call appear in the app under Inbox and Today. You can also place outbound calls from your business number directly from the app's contact and conversation screens.

Routes & visits

Every confirmed booking appears as a stop on the in-app route list with crew, deposit status, and customer notes. Tap any stop to edit, cancel, or send the customer a follow-up SMS.

Quotes

Use the in-app Quote tab to generate a quote on the fly — same engine the AI uses on calls. You can save the quote as a job or text it to a contact.

Notifications

The app uses push notifications for new bookings, missed calls, and inbound calls (CallKit ring). Allow notifications when prompted on first launch. You can adjust which notifications are enabled under Settings → Notifications.

Subscription & billing

How am I billed?

LawnRing is billed monthly via Stripe. Your invoice is emailed to the address on file, and you can manage payment method, view invoices, and cancel from the customer portal link in any invoice email.

How do I cancel?

You can cancel your subscription from the in-app Settings → Subscription screen, or by emailing [email protected]. After cancellation, your account enters a 30-day soft-delete window during which it's recoverable by support; after 30 days, all data is permanently deleted (see our Privacy Policy for details).

Do you offer refunds?

Refund requests are evaluated case by case. Email [email protected] with your account email and the reason for the request.

Privacy & data

Inbound call recordings and transcripts are retained for up to 12 months. We never sell or share your data, and we do not use your data to train AI models. For full details see our Privacy Policy.

Reporting a bug or requesting a feature

Email [email protected] with a short description and, if possible, a screenshot or screen recording. Please include your phone model and iOS version so we can reproduce the issue.
